 Roger Federer wins Wimbledon.


Roger Federer won his seventh Wimbledon this domain and rose as the new world number one tennis by winning the final against Andy Murray, 4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4 in three hours and 24 minutes.
The Swiss also shared with Sampras from Monday, when upgrading the ATP ranking, a record 286 weeks as world number one, which may extend even.
Backed by the 15,000 spectators who filled the center court, Murray jumped into the grass ready to revolutionize the established order and the rest was imposed in the first game before a condemned Federer to paddle upstream on the first leg of their eighth final of Wimbledon (more than any other player in history).

With thirty years, one month turned 31, the Swiss collects 74 singles titles and eight doubles in a career that has won 846 games, lost by 192.
